The Economy Class is equiped with comfortable seats and are usually in a 3-3-3 configuration on Ilyushin IL-96 and a 2-3-2 configuration on Boeing B767 for long haul flights. On short and middle haul flights in Airbuses A319/320/321 and Tupolev Tu-154 the seats are arranged in a 3-3 configuration.

[edit] In Flight Meals

For economy class passengers (irregardless full or special tariff) there are 4 menu cycles (2 hotplates choice), which allow changing the food on a monthly basis. Passengers of economy class are served with meals, alcohol-free drinks and juices, as well as wine, beer, cognac, champagne (additionally charged) depending on the route, departure time and duration of the flight.

On the long distance flights to New-York, Washington, Los-Angeles, Shanghai, Beijing, Hong Kong and Tokyo all passengers will be provided with travel kits. For long haul services (over 6 hours) economy class passengers are offered a blanket, a pillow, a sleep mask and earplugs. On nightflights and flights over 6 hours you will receive a planket, a pillow and an eye mask (on your individual request).

Since April 2006 passengers flying Boeing-767 can also receive earphones to enjoy the entertainment video program. Aeroflot broadcasts entertaining audio programmes for economy class passengers on routes Vladivostok, Petropavlovsk-Kamchatski, Tokyo, Hong Kong, New York, Los Angeles, Washington, Toronto, Beijing, Delhi, Shanghai, Hanoi operated by Boeing 767 crafts.
