You can reserve your seat by telephone. At the airport there is an exclusive check-in desk without long queues. The same applies to the late-night check-in. You can take a second item of cabin baggage weighing up to 6 kg with you. You have an increased free baggage allowance of 30 kg. Air Berlin will also carry one item of sports baggage/equipment up to 30 kg without any additional charge. On USA/Canada flights you can check in two items of baggage each weighing up to 32 kg. A priority label is attached to your baggage, which means it will be unloaded first on arrival.

On board of the Business Class a luxury leather seat with a seat pitch of 152 cm is waiting for you. The seat can be reclined to a very comfortable 162° the seat also offers a comfortable seat width of 49 cm. All Business Class destinations in winter 2007/2008: Fort Myers, Miami and New York.

Allow yourself to be pampered on board with a welcome drink and an extensive selection of drinks – including red and white wines from “Sansibar” wine merchants – as well as a multi-course menu in elegant surroundings.

Air Berlin passengers who are members of the Top Bonus Program will be credited with 175 % of the actual distance in miles for their long-haul flight in Relax Class and 200 % in Business Class/Premium Business Class.
