With l´Espace Première, you can take advantage of personalized service designed entirely with you in mind. Benefit from the exclusive services and personal assistance in airports the world over. Each trip promises relaxation and well-being. Personalized assistance awaits you at Terminal 2E in Paris-Charles de Gaulle airport. Air France welcomes you as soon as you arrive at the airport. This personalized service is reserved for passengers traveling in the l´Espace Première and departing from Paris-Charles de Gaulle. Regardless of the destination or departure terminal indicated on your ticket, this service is available at Terminal 2E. As soon as you arrive at the airport, the l´Espace Première indicator can be found at gate 2.03 of Terminal 2E. It guides you to the personalized check-in area. A baggage porter will be waiting for you outside Terminal 2E, opposite gate 2.03, ready to take your bags to check-in.^[1]

Air France personnel welcome you at the entrance of the check-in area, a unique and privileged space. To begin your trip in perfect serenity, Air France personnel take care of your check-in and baggage formalities. If you so desire, your hold baggage may be protected using plastic wrapping.^[2]

When you board, an Air France staff member accompanies you right up to the gate that is reserved for you. Then the staff member leads you directly to the aircraft, aboard a special vehicle. Once on board, the staff member takes the time to introduce you to the crew.^[3]

As soon as you arrive, an Air France staff member takes your coat, offers you a snack and presents all the services available to you. The staff member accompanies you right up until the moment you board. The new l´Espace Première lounge at Paris-Charles de Gaulle has been designed entirely to provide you with a calm and relaxing environment before your flight: showers, Clarins massage and a relaxation await you if you wish to enjoy a moment of serene tranquility in a unique atmosphere. The l´Espace Première lounge at Paris-Charles de Gaulle is equipped with telephones, computers with Internet access and printers. Air France also provides a wide range of French and international newspapers and magazines.^[4]

When l´Espace Première becomes a private lounge, the luxury lies in space and privacy. The cabin promises wellbeing and offers innovative technology in an aesthetic environment. The new l´Espace Première is outstanding in so many ways: A cabin comprising of only four to eight seats, each gently curved and in elegant colors, which create a true bubble of privacy around you. You benefit from the highest level of comfort and 50% more personal space, seats positioned at an angle, allowing direct access to the aisle without disturbing your neighbor, a seat that transforms into a real bed, two meters long, with mattress, duvet and pillow, many compartments for your personal belongings; everything you need is within arm´s reach thanks to a spacious drawer in front of your seat, a large tray table allows you to work or dine easily.^[5]^[6]

The menu is created for you by Guy Martin – 3-star chef at the celebrated Grand Véfour restaurant in Paris and "art of living" consultant for Air France. The wine list has been selected by Olivier Poussier – named world´s best sommelier in 2000. We also offer our special reserve champagne, liqueurs, a selection of nine finest-quality teas and herbal infusions, as well as a menu of different waters. Meals are served on tables set with large white Venetian-style placemats and matching napkins. The à la carte meal service gives you a great deal of freedom: choose when you would like to dine during the flight and select the menu items as you wish.Drinks, apéritifs and hors d´œuvres whet your appetite before your main meal.^[9]

Cabin staff are dedicated to providing you with thoughtful, friendly and reliable service throughout your flight. A full range of accessories is at your disposal: comfortable lounge wear, a dust bag for your shoes, slippers, a Première travel kit, including moisturizing lotions, relaxing eye mask and toiletries.^[10]

L´Espace Première cabin gives you a constantly updated selection of in-flight entertainment options. You benefit from individual equipment: telephone built into the armrest of your seat, a fiber‑optic lamp and individual screen. Video games, a choice of six recent films, six theme channels and 10 different music stations are available for your enjoyment. A large selection from the French and international press is available onboard. You can purchase a variety of duty-free items from the cabin crew.^[11]
