Passengers travelling Air Namibia Economy Class can reserve a requested seat when booking their flights. Seat reservations can be done within 5 months or 72 hours prior to your intended departure date. For details please contact your closest travel agent or Air Namibia booking office. All seats at the Emergency Exits are only booked, at the time of check-in and cannot be booked ahead of time. Air Namibia transport golf equipment up to 15 kg free of charge on all international routes. In Economy Class one piece of hand luggage not exceeding the dimensions of (55x40x20 cm) and not exceeding 7KG is permitted to take on board.

Economy Class Seat

There are 88 economy class seats in the two Boeing 737-500 aircraft operated by Air Namibia and 234 seats in the Airbus A340-300. The Economy Class seats offer a seat pitch of 31" and a seat width of 23".

In Flight Meals

The trilingual cabin crew (German, English and Afrikaans speaking) treats you on all flights with typical african hospitality. In the Economy Class Air Namibia offers a selected variety of international meals and beverages.

The entire selection is, needless to say, available in English and German. Sit back, relax and enjoy the latest movies on circuit, classical music or the latest hits on the music scene, on all Air Namibia long range flights - needless to say with comfortable padded earphones and stereo quality sound.
