[edit] On Ground Services

Baggage to be checked in is weighed at the desk and then stowed in the aircraft’s hold, so it should be strong enough to ensure safe handling and transport. At the check-in desk, the baggage is tagged with the passenger’s name, route, airport codes, flight numbers and date. The label becomes a sort of identity card. The receipt portion of the label is attached to the passenger’s ticket and is used to identify the baggage on arrival or trace it if mislaid. Passengers must register their baggage to go in hold at time of check-in.[1]

[edit] Economy Class Seat

On board the Boeing 777, you will enjoy the comfort of the Recaro seats, individual entertainment systems and the possibility to make external telephone calls, or to call other passengers in the same flight, 'Free of Charge', simply by dialing their seat number. On board the Boeing 767, we have installed more, redesigned ceiling mounted LCD screens to help you relax and enjoy a selection of films and music programmes to suit all tastes: new releases, blockbusters, documentaries, news, pop, jazz opera and much more.[2]

The Premium Economy Class (Classica Plus) offers a dedicated cabin on board of the Airbus A330 with 21 ‘Recaro designed’ seats, arranged in three rows, reclining up to 120 degrees and 20% wider than the economy class seats. Furthermore the Classica Plus offers 96.5 cm of space between the seats, about 25% more than economy class. For the entertainment on board each seat offers an individual 10.6-inch screens with an “on demand” entertainment system. “Noise Reduction” headsets and a USB port on every seat for viewing your digital content or to charge the battery in your computer or electronic device offer additional comfort. Classica Plus passengers are offered priority check-in and boarding at the airport, double award miles compared to economy class passengers; welcome drink and hot towel on board before the main service and increased baggage allowance for North America.[3]
