Lounges

Asiana Airlines provides VIP lounges for first/business class passengers and Star Alliance Gold members of the international flight for an easy and composed rest. In particular, business class passenger will be provided with free phone call and facsimile service, as well as various beverage and reading material.

Business Class Seat

Business class has a wider gap between seats longer than 50 inches. Full automatic recline seats are installed in B777 aircraft to give convenience and composure in the long-distance travel. A330 aircraft offers the first class Sky Bed level specification ? wider seat gap (58 inches) and more refined full-automatic seat with 167.7 degrees recline. In addition, business class in B777 and B747 is equipped with satellite phone and facsimile for smooth communication with the ground. SMS service is also available. In addition, the PC power outlet is installed for each seat, so that the passenger can carry out personal business during a flight.

In Flight Meals

Various formal Western cuisine courses are offered in the convenient mood with a careful service. More elegant Korean food service, which is unique to Asiana Airlines, is provided with various menus, depending on the route. Traditional Korean food like Bi-bim-bab (Rice mixed with vegetable), Shokado service ? traditional Japanese cuisine, which is provided some routes departing from Narita, will satisfy the unique preference of the customer. Passenger can enjoy various wines and beverages including top class champagne and French/U.S. wine, and the Asiana Tea Garden service, which is composed of the environment friendly coffee (Rainforest Alliance) and selected tea.

Service

Asiana Airlines provides warm blanket, writing instruments, postcard, play card, as well as simple medical supplies, so that customer who is always busy with business can take a rest more comfortably. For the long-distance traveler, the amenity kit is served that contains the high quality cosmetics items and necessary travel items. Besides, earplug, slipper, and eye bandage are prepared for customer’s convenience.

On Board Entertainment

Enjoy 15 inch large monitor (business class), selectable 30 movies, and free AVOD system. You can choose your preferred movie, music, game and contents using the AVOD (Audio Video On Demand) system. You can stop and resume playback at your discretion. Your flight hours will become shorter while you enjoy watching the video with 15 inch large-size personal monitor.
