At the Korea City Air Terminal located adjacent to the Korea Trade Center in southern Seoul, passengers are able to check-in for flights and pass through immigration without having to go to the Kimpo Airport. This service works exceptionally well for customers who want to check-in early in the morning and spend the rest of the day in downtown Seoul. Additionally, a shuttle bus is available at a nominal charge. Customers traveling to domestic destinations are encouraged to check-in 1 hour and 30 minutes prior the scheduled departure time and 2 hours and 30 minutes for international flights.

A variety of meals, alcoholic beverages, refreshing juices and soft drinks are served free of charge on international flights. Ask cabin attendants for menu details. If you follow a special diet (low-sodium, vegetarian) for health or religious reasons, please let Asiana Airlines know when you make your reservation.

A wide selection of Korean meals is available. This varies according to the flight time and class of service. For certain markets, Japanese and Chinese cuisine are also included in our menu. In order to satisfy our European, Australian and North American passengers, an extensive western menu is provided.

In order to break up the monotony of long-haul flights, Asiana has trained a group of talented flight attendants to entertain and amuse you. Primarily on the transpacific and leisure routes, such as Bangkok, Saipan, Guam, and Sydney, customers have the opportunity to enjoy a wonderful after-dinner show of live music and magic. Flight attendants may perform stage tricks or individual hand tricks, making things magically disappear and reappear again. Customers may also have the opportunity to hear performances by a string quartet, choir, or solos on the violin, saxophone, or flute.

Music from around the world, recent movies and TV programs are available for your enjoyment. Headphones are provided by the flight attendants for your use in listening to audio programs and in-flight movies on flights that offer such services. As the headphone jack may break if you stand up while wearing headphones, please exercise special care.
