Asiana Airlines provides VIP lounges for first/business class passengers and Star Alliance Gold members of the international flight for an easy and composed rest. First class passengers, Asiana Platinum/Diamond members, and Star Alliance Gold members can use the flight lounge at Inchoen/Gimpo International airport free of charge with one companion, if they board the flight on that day.

Asiana Airline offers the advanced sleep seat, which can be folded by 180 degrees, for the Sleepers first class for more comfortable journey of the passenger. The passenger will experience comfort as good as the first-class hotel bed.

Asiana Airlines provides a variety of in-flight meals for the route, including "Royal Court formal dinner" that is provided in association with the Royal Court Food Research Center, formal Western cuisine that reflects the characteristics of the destination city, formal Japanese cuisine "Kyo Kaiseki." and various light meals. The "Royal Court formal dinner" needs advance reservation at least 24 hours earlier than departure, so that customers traveling the long-range route like U.S. and Europe from Incheon can enjoy the cuisine by course in the cabin, among 9 main dishes selected by season. The formal Japanese cuisine "Kyo Kaiseki" the is representative Japanese food that applies the Japanese course cuisine to the in-flight environment to emphasize legitimacy and regional characteristics. This service is available for Tokyp - Incheon segment.

For the pleasant and convenient air travel, Asiana Airlines' Sleeper first class provides a bed of down (Duve)t and a casual pajama based on the on-demand service, so that customer can experience comfort in the cabin as much as in their home. In addition, the Bvlgari amenity kit is given to the long-distance travelers in association with Bvlgari for convenient of the customer. The top brand giveaway will also increase pleasure of collection.
