We want you to feel relaxed when you board. With that in mind, you have the choice of a number of check-in options, which include: Self-Service Check-in kiosks - select your seat and collect your boarding pass in less than a minute, Online check-in, Fast Bag Drop for passengers checked in online or at the Self-Service kiosk, Special needs check-in desk[1] As a World Traveller passenger, you can take one checked bag weighing up to 23kgs at no extra cost. Gold and Silver Executive Club members can carry an additional checked bag up to 32kgs as part of their free allowance. You can take two pieces of hand baggage on board all British Airways flights.[2]

Relax in our ergonomically designed seat complete with lumbar support, adjustable footrest and headrest, with blankets and cushions provided for your added comfort. In addition, passengers in the World Traveler class also receive a personal amenity pack containing a pair of socks, an eye shade, and a toothbrush kit containing a toothpaste.[3][4]

High Life Entertainment’s Audio and Video On Demand (AVOD) system puts you in control. Choose from over 200 entertainment options and play, pause, stop, fast forward and rewind to fit in with your own schedule. AVOD is available on all Boeing 747s and longhaul Boeing 767s and is currently being fitted to the majority of our Boeing 777 fleet.[5]
