Check in online before you arrive. Available 24 hours before your flight, for all customers. Online Check in will close 1 hour prior to departure in all locations, except the US where it closes 2 hours before departure. Dedicated FIRST check in: A queue-less, personalised and stress free environment to check in your baggage. Available at London Heathrow, London Gatwick, New York JFK and Barbados.
Lounges
British Airways FIRST lounges offer an environment that is elegant, calm and welcoming, a home-from-home which features deep, luxurious furniture in rich velvets and classic tailored herringbone. Dedicated complimentary business facilities offer email and internet access, printers, copiers, fax, and credit card payphones, enabling you to complete any last minute business. You can enjoy waiter served dining in the lounge, before your flight, giving you maximum sleep time on board. Pre-flight Dining is available when you fly FIRST for: all flights departing London Heathrow Terminals 1 and 4 after 8 pm, selected overnight flights from New York JFK, Newark, Philadelphia, Washington, Toronto, Chicago and Boston departing on or after 6 pm local time.
When you fly longhaul on British Airways in FIRST, Club World, or if you are an Executive Club Gold member, you can use the exclusive facilities of the Molton Brown Travel Spas™. The Spa facilities are available at London Heathrow Terminals 1 and 4, Departure and Arrivals lounges and at New York JFK within the Terraces lounge.
