Every time you travel with EGYPTAIR (or Star Alliance) on international and domestic routes, you will earn points that vary according to the distance travelled and the class of service. To become a member, you can enroll directly online. Also application forms can also be found on EGYPTAIR’s offices and in "Horus" (EGYPTAIR's Inflight Magazine)

Status and Privileges

Blue Tier

When you enroll with EGYPTAIR Plus for the first time, you receive the standard blue card with the Star Alliance logo. You can earn miles through EGYPTAIR or any Star Alliance airline.

• Extra baggage allowance.
• Earning 25% of the points when you travel with your family members (up to 5 family members first degree).

Silver Tier

Upon accumulation of 30,000 miles, you are automatically upgraded to the Silver Tier. Earn more points with an additional 20 % bonus of points entitled for every flight. This is the Star Alliance Silver Elite Status.

• Priority Reservations Waitlisting.
• Priority Airport Standby
• Priority Airport Check-in allows you to check in through business class counters or special Star Alliance Silver counters at Cairo International Airport Terminal 3.
• Priority Baggage Handling
• Extra Baggage Allowance - an additional 20kg) or one additional piece(Applies on piece concept destinations) the member will enjoy such privilege only on EGYPTAIR sector being his last luggage destination before taking his connection flight. The member is subject to the rules and regulations of the connection flight carrier
• An extra 20% of the miles entitled for every flight (operated by EGYPTAIR)

Golden Tier

After accumulation of 60,000 miles, you are upgraded to the Gold Tier. Earn even more points with the Golden tier that offers an additional 30% bonus to points entitled for every flight. This is the Star Alliance Gold Elite Status.

• Priority Airport Check-in allows you to check-in through first class counters or the dedicated Star Alliance Gold counters at Cairo International Airport Terminal 3 and worldwide where available [Even if you are flying another Star Alliance carrier other than EGYPTAIR]
• Priority Baggage Handling Extra Baggage Allowance - an additional 20kg) or one additional piece (Applies on piece concept destinations)
• Priority Boarding where available.
• Airport Lounge Access - available worldwide for you and a friend when you travel with any Star Alliance member airline, regardless of your class of travel with one companion free of charge. (Includes Star Alliance Gold Lounges worldwide)
• An extra 30% of the miles entitled for every flight (operated by EGYPTAIR)
• First Class shuttle buses to the aircraft. (Only if boarding on an EGYPTAIR flight at Cairo International Airport Terminal 1)

Platinum Tier

When the member's account reaches a total of 1,000,000 (one million) miles earned from his flights onboard EGYPTAIR flights, the membership is upgraded to the platinum tier. This is a lifetime tier and has the Star Alliance Gold Elite Status.
