Award miles are the key to securing free travel - you can redeem them to enjoy free flights, flight upgrades and companion awards. You will earn 1 award mile (and 1 tier mile) for each mile flown on Garuda Indonesia.
Choose the unrivalled service and comfort of Garuda Indonesia's Executive Class and you'll be enjoying free flights even sooner. GFF members who travel in Executive Class will receive a up to 50% mileage bonus.
In addition to bringing you a greater array of privileges, Platinum and Gold membership entitles you to extra miles on every flight. The GFF tier bonus is determined by membership level:
- Gold - 50% bonus
- Platinum -75% bonus
You can become a GFF member by completing a GFF application form, which is available at any Garuda Indonesia branch office or ticket office. A permanent membership card is issued when your membership has been activated by flying at least 1 flight sector. In order to record it please mention your temporary membership number when you make flight reservation and check-in.
GFF Membership is open to all Indonesian citizens or foreigners who are domiciled in Indonesia and several Garuda Indonesia destinations outside Indonesia in which the GFF Program is available.
