Earn Miles

As Members of Golden Lotus Plus program, whenever you travel with Vietnam Airlines or you have other transactions with GLP program partners, points will be credited to your account. You can easily exchange your points for interesting awards either for yourself or for someone you care. Members will earn points when purchasing tickets and taking Vietnam Airlines' eligible flights. However, only Silver members, Titanium member and Gold members, are entiled to accumulate bonus points by consumption of goods or services provided by GLP Program partners.

Status and Privileges

According to your GLP membership level, you will receive various free preferential services and benefits when travelling on flights operated by Vietnam Airlines. All service benefits are available only when Members fly with Vietnam Airlines and other code share flights between Vietnam Airlines and other carriers listed below:

• Cathay Pacific
• China Airlines
• Japan Airlines
• Korean Air
• Malaysian Airlines

Silver member

Redeem GLP points for your award tickets, upgrade award MCOs and companion award tickets.

Titanium membership

With some particular subclasses corresponding with each flight route regulated by the GLP program, the Economy Class ticket of the Titanium Member is always ensured for seats in the event the Member made the seat booking at least 07 (seven) days prior to the departure of international flights and 04 (four) days for domestic flights.

• Check in at Business Class counters even when traveling in Economy Class;
• Priority in case of irregularity of flights;
• Priority for free upgrades to Business Class when members have confirmed economy seats but Economy Class is full, according to the availability of seats and immediately after VIP, CIP, Gold Membership priority;
• Passengers using companion award tickets and travel with Titanium members will enjoy checking in at Business Class counters.

Gold membership

With some particular subclasses corresponding with each flight route regulated by the GLP program, the Economy Class ticket of the Gold Member is always ensured for seats in the event the Member made the seat booking at least 04 (four) days prior to the departure of international flights and 02 (two) days for domestic flights.

• Check in at Business Class counters even when traveling in Economy Class;
• Priority for free upgrades to Business Class when members have confirmed economy seats but Economy Class is full, according to availability and immediately after VIP, CIP;
• Priority in case of irregularity of flights;
• Free upgrade to Deluxe Economy if available when purchasing Economy tickets on Vietnam Airlines flights which have Deluxe Economy class;
• Passengers using companion award tickets or award tickets for relative of Gold members will enjoy checking in at Business Class counters together with the Gold members.

You may designate and transfer awards to up to 7 (seven) people who are registered on your Redemption Group Form. You can change this list free of charge once every 12 months. For each extra change or addition, 3,000 points will be deducted from your account.
