Your Iberia Plus card enables you to collect points which can easily be exchanged for flights and services from associated companies. Points earned during a calendar year expire on the 31st December of the fourth year after earning them if by then they have not been used on any of the programme's services. If you want to use your Iberia Plus points then make your Iberia flight booking at Iberia.com, through your Iberia Plus Service Centre or at any Iberia office.When using the services offered by the programmes' associated companies, you need to contact the Reservations Centre of each partner company directly.

Iberia Plus Silver

As well as the benefits you already enjoy as an Iberia Plus customer, you can use your Iberia Plus Silver card for accessing all these additional exclusive benefits.

On booking your tickets with Iberia Group companies or oneworld alliance ones, identify yourself as an Iberia Plus Silver Card holder and we will give you priority on the waiting list (Except tickets charged to points).

With Iberia Plus Silver you go first. Show your card to our agents when checking in and we will give you priority on the waiting list for your flight (Except tickets charged to points).

Your Iberia Plus card enables you to check in your luggage at any Business Class desk, regardless of the class you are booked in.

Iberia Plus Gold

As well as the benefits you already enjoy as an Iberia Plus customer, with your Iberia Plus Gold card you will have access to all these additional exclusive benefits.

Whenever you try and make a booking for a full fare ticket and you identify yourself as an Iberia Plus Gold cardholder, Iberia will endeavour to confirm you a seat in Full Tourist class up to 24 hours prior to the flight. If for any reason we cannot make this seat reservation, Iberia will offer you priority on the Business Class waiting list or the alternative which is best suited to your requirements.

Your Iberia Plus card enables you to check in your luggage at any Business Class desk, regardless of the class you are booked in.

Your Iberia Plus Gold card gives you access to Preferential Attention Points, thus avoiding queues and speeding up all the procedures you need to carry out with Iberia: ticket purchase, flight connections or baggage information. These desks are located in the Iberia Sales Offices in cities and airports, both in Spain and outside Spain. These are also situated in the arrivals hall in Madrid and Barcelona airports.

Your Iberia Plus Gold card provides access for you and a guest to any of the Business Class VIP lounges which Iberia has around the world, whether you are travelling with Iberia or on any oneworld flight. You will also be able to use all the Oneworld Business Class VIP lounges, provide that you are travelling with one of the alliance companies.

Iberia Plus Platinum

As well as the benefits you already enjoy as an Iberia Plus customer, you can use your Iberia Plus Platinum card for accessing all these additional exclusive benefits.

During the validity period of your Platinum card, Iberia Plus will give you 20% extra gift points every time you fly with Iberia or Iberia Regional/Air Nostrum, except for shared code flights not operated by Iberia: points calculated on the Basic Air Points obtained on each flight.

Your new Iberia Plus Platinum card allows you to have an automatic credit of up to 1,500 points, so that you can enjoy any of the services in the Programme whenever you want and without having to worry about the balance of your personal account.

Just by presenting your Iberia Plus Platinum card, you will have free access with a guest to the VIP Lounges owned by Iberia regardless of the airline with which you are flying.

Also, when you fly with Iberia or on any oneworld flight, you and your companion will have the use of the VIP Lounges contracted by Iberia and all the First and Business Class VIP Lounges of the airlines which are part of the Alliance anywhere in the world.

Your Iberia Plus Platinum card offers you a free extra 20 kg baggage allowance, on the maximum allowed for the class in which you are taking the flight operated by Iberia, or an extra item in airports which use the check-in by items system.

Your Iberia Plus Platinum card allows you to enjoy a special exclusive limousine service for your journeys between the airport and the cities of: Barcelona, Madrid and Santiago de Chile.

In Spain, requests for this service will be made at your Platinum Service Centre (full fare or redemption tickets ). Outside Spain, for tickets using points, call your Iberia Plus Service Centre and for full price tickets, you should contact Iberia Offices or Travel Agencies. (Services in Spain, 48 hours prior to take-off and 72 hours outside Spain).
