It's so easy to collect miles with Turkish Airlines' new Frequent Flyer Program: Miles&Smiles. You can collect Club Miles by flying to domestic and international destinations at all applicable fares on scheduled Turkish Airlines flights. Club Miles will help you to qualify or re-qualify for tier membership status. There are four card types in the Miles&Smiles Program . Respectively : Classic, Classic Plus, Elite and Elite Plus. With business class purchased fares, you will earn 50% additional miles of the actual miles flown. Elite and Elite Plus members will earn 100% additional miles of the actual miles flown while flying with Business Class paid ticket. Miles may not be collected on charter, rented or free ticket flights, on free and discounted tickets and also on flights of non-partner airlines.
Status and Privileges
While Classic Plus members have access to the domestic terminal CIP lounges even when they are booked on Turkish Airlines Economy Class flights, Elite and Elite Plus members have the liberty to make use of domestic and international terminal private lounges (CIP Lounges) both fordomestic and international Turkish Airlines flights, even when they are booked on Economy Class flights. The family members (spouse and children) or one guest can also make use of this advantage on the condition that they are traveling together.
Classic Card is the first card level without an expiration date; however, Classic Plus, Elite and Elite Plus cards are valid for two years. For the tier card renewal, the club miles you collect either within the first year or within 2 years of the membership. Your tier card level will be renewed in case you collect the required miles .
Classic Card

Self-Service Kiosks: Your Classic Card can be used when you check in at the Self-Service Kiosks found in a number of airports within Turkey,helping to speed up the check-in process and get you through the airport quicker.
Your meal selection which is registered in your membership details according to your preferences and your dietary needs, your chosen option will then be allocated to you every time you fly, subject to availability.(provided that your membership number is indicated during reservation.
Classic Plus Card
Classic card holders need to reach 20.000 Club Miles within 12 consecutive months in order to qualify for Classic Plus Membership and Classic Plus Card order is given automatically to the address that is registered in our systems. Classic Plus Card is valid for 2 years.
In order to take the advantages of Classic Plus card the membership number should be indicated during reservation and the card must be presented at time of check-in.
In order to re-qualify for Classic Plus membership , the member needs to collect 10.000 club miles either within the first year or 15.000 club miles within 2 years of the Classic Plus membership.Otherwise, the membership status will be renewed as "Classic".
Besides your Turkish Airlines, American Airlines and Lufthansa flights, you will earn miles from our Program Partner Hotels and Car Rental Companies and through your Shop&Miles credit card (if exists) expenditures. Once you have collected enough miles you can redeem them for free tickets, companion or upgrades either for yourself or for your beloved ones.
Check-in at the Business Class counters on Turkish Airlines domestic flights. Domestic check-in counters reserved exclusively for you: Classic Plus members can complete their check-in formalities at the Business Class counters upon presenting their cards to the check-in agents for Turkish Airlines domestic flights, even they fly on Economy Class.
Priority on the waiting list over non-members and Classic Card holders. To enjoy this priority simply ask our staff to enter your membership number and the type of card you own in the passenger record. (PNR) Your family members (spouse and children) can benefit from this advantage on the condition that you are travelling together.
Additional baggage allowance: Enjoy the privilege of extra baggage allowance of up to 10 kg over your flight class baggage rights at no additional charge . In addition to this, at destination airports, you will have your baggage delivered to you at the earliest possible time allowed for by the local facilities, provided that you have Miles&Smiles baggage tags, sent to you with your Classic Plus Card, attached to your luggage.
Elite Card
Classic Plus card holders need to reach 40.000 Club Miles within 12 consecutive months in order to qualify for Elite Membership and Elite Card order is given automatically to the address that is registered in our systems. Elite Card is valid for 2 years.
In order to re-qualify for Elite membership , Members residing in Turkey need to collect 30.000 club miles either within the first year or 45.000 club miles within 2 years of the Elite membership . Members residing out of Turkey need to collect 25.000 club miles either within the first year or 37.500 club miles within 2 years of the Elite membership. Otherwise, the membership status will be renewed as "Classic Plus".

Extra baggage allowance granted to Elite Members is applicable only on flights operated by Turkish Airlines. On their Lufthansa flights 20 kgs extra baggage and on the transatlantic flights 1 additional piece of baggage can be carried on provided that the ticket is issued from Turkish Airlines quota which means TK code must be indicated at the carrier column on the ticket.
Last Minute Upgrade. You can have your flight class upgraded to Business Class at time of check-in by redeeming miles from your Miles&Smiles account as an Elite member upon presenting your paid Economy Class ticket and your Elite Card at the check-in.
Earn double miles on Turkish Airlines Business Class flights. Elite Card members earn 100% additional club miles of the actual miles flown on Turkish Airlines So instead of 1 Club Mile, you will receive 2 Club Miles for every mile flown, enabling you to earn free flights more quickly and also helping you to maintain your membership status.
Elite Plus Card
lite card holders need to reach 80.000 Club Miles within 12 consecutive months in order to qualify for Elite Plus Membership and Elite Plus Card which is valid for 2 years is ordered automatically to the address that is registered in our systems.
In order to re-qualify for Elite Plus membership, members need to collect 40.000 club miles either within the first year or 60.000 club miles within 2 years of the Elite Plus membership .Otherwise, the membership status will be renewed as "Elite"
