SKYPASS mileage accumulation is effective from the date of your enrollment in the SKYPASS program and is not retroactive. rovide your SKYPASS account number when making reservations or ticketing, or present your SKYPASS card when check-in at the airport. Mileage will be automatically credited to your account upon completion of your travel. Keep your tickets and boarding passes for your record until the mileage is properly credited to your account. Claims for missing miles can be made within 1 year from the travel date. To correct the mileage discrepancy, both the original boarding pass and ticket copy/receipt must be provided. You must be a SKYPASS member prior to travel.

Earning miles on Korean Air vary depending on fare and class types, and certain fares/classes may not earn full or any mileage credit.

• Premium first class (Booking class P): 165% of actual flown miles
• First class (Booking class F): 150% of actual flown miles
• Business class (Booking class C, J, R): 125% of actual miles flown
• Y Plus class (Booking class Z): 100% of actual miles flown
• Economy class (Booking class W, Y, K, O, M, E, T, H, L, S): 100% of actual miles flown
• Group tickets (Booking class X, G): 80% of actual mils flown
• International routes (Booking class Q, V): 70% of actual miles flown
• A, D, U, N : No mileage credit

Status and Privileges

SKYPASS Junior

Customers under 12 years of age who apply for the Korean Air mileage program become SKYPASS Junior members.

Membership Eligibility Standards: Children under 12 years of age

Eligibility Period: Members automatically become regular SKYPASS members upon turning 12 years of age. (Mileage status is maintained.)

SKYPASS Junior Membership Privileges

• Accumulation of mileage equal to 75% of adult mileage rates
• Various privileges provided including bonus flight tickets, etc.

Any Korean Air customer may apply for SKYPASS membership. Children under 12 years of age may apply for SKYPASS Junior membership.

Membership Eligibility Standards: Application open to all Korean Air customers (No annual/application fees)

Eligibility Period: No limit

SKYPASS Membership Privileges

• Mileage rewards per use of services provided by Korean Air and Korean Air affiliates including hotels, rental car services, credit card companies, etc.
• Various privileges provided including bonus flight tickets, etc.
• Various mileage rewards and bonuses when traveling with Korean Air or any member carrier of the SkyTeam Airline Alliance (Aeroflot, Aeromexico, Air France, Alitalia, Continental Airlines, Czech Airlines, Delta Airlines, KLM Royal Dutch Airlines, and Northwest Airlines)

Morning Calm Club

Korean Air Morning Calm Club members are entitled to enjoy a variety of privileges and exclusive travel services.

Membership Period: Two years from the date of gaining Morning Calm membership status

Membership Qualification

• Members who have
• Earned 50,000 flown miles or more on Korean Air, or
• Earned 50,000 miles or more on Korean Air and Skypass partners (provided that at least 30,000 miles are earned from flying on Korean Air), or
• Flown more than 40 qualifying flights on Korean Air

Conditions to Maintain Morning Calm Club Membership

During the two-year Morning Calm Club membership period, fulfillment of any of the followings will automatically extend the membership validity for the next two years.

• Accumulation of an additional 30,000 flown miles or more on Korean Air
• Flying on Korean Air additional 20 qualifying segments or more
• Accumulation of an additional 30,000 flown miles or more on Korean Air and partner airlines: Limited eligibility extension to 2008

Morning Calm Premium

Korean Air Morning Calm Premium Club members are entitled to enjoy a variety of privileges and exclusive travel services in addition to those available to Morning Calm Club benenfits.

Membership Period: Lifetime Membership

Membership Qualification

Members who have earned 500,000 flown miles or more on Korean Air and/or other SkyTeam partner airlines. Miles earned with non-SkyTeam partner airlines and other partner companies (credit cards, rental cars, hotels, etc.) as well as the miles earned from promotions and events are excluded in determining the qualification of Morning Calm Premium Club membership.

Million Miler Club

Korean Air Million Miler Club members are entitled to enjoy a variety of privileges and exclusive travel services in addition to Morning Calm Premium Club benenfits.

Membership Period: Lifetime Membership

Membership Qualification

Members who have earned 1,000,000 flown miles or more on Korean Air and/or other SkyTeam partner airlines. Miles earned with non-SkyTeam partner airlines and other partner companies (credit cards, rental cars, hotels, etc.) as well as the miles earned from promotions and events are excluded in determining the qualification of Morning Calm Premium Club membership.
