Top Bonus – Air Berlin’s frequent flyer program – offers you the possibility to collect Miles worldwide. No matter whether you are on holiday or away on business. Top Bonus Miles deliver numerous status benefits and free flights!
Gather Miles with your Top Bonus Card on Air Berlin and NIKI flights or by using the services of our Top Bonus Partners like hotels and car rentals. With the Air Berlin MasterCard (All you need to apply for our credit card is a bank account and address in Germany) you even earn Top Bonus Miles when shopping.
Your Miles remain valid for three years after the date they were collected, expiring at the end of the quarter concerned. And you are automatically awarded complimentary annual Silver Status once you have earned at least 20,000 Miles within 12 complete months. If you collect 40,000 Miles within an entire year you receive the Top Bonus Gold Status.

Top Bonus Card
There are many ways to join the Top Bonus Program. If you apply online or by telephone, you get your Top Bonus number right away and can start collecting miles immediately. Your temporary Top Bonus Card will be posted to you within a few days. If you have filled in a paper registration form, you should keep any receipts until you receive the Top Bonus Card by post. You can then submit those receipts for subsequent credit entry. We will send you a standard Top Bonus Card as soon as you have collected 4,000 Miles in your account.
Top Bonus Card Silver
The Top Bonus Card Silver delivers a whole range of benefits others will envy you for. You are automatically awarded complimentary annual Silver Status, once you have reached at least 20,000 Top Bonus Miles within 12 complete months. The Top Bonus Card Silver cannot be purchased.
Benefits of the Top Bonus Card Silver:
Free seat reservation for you and an adult travelling companion as well as children (under the age of 12) travelling with you.
Reservation of XL-Seats for 12 € per person.
Increased baggage allowance! 10 kg additional baggage at no extra costs.
Extra sports luggage! As is known sports luggage up to 30 kg, like golf bags or empty diving tanks, is generally carried free of charge on flights with Air Berlin and NIKI. The Silver Status entitles you to additionally take a hang-glider, bicycle or surfboard with you – at no extra charge.
Priority check-in at many airports.
Security fast lane at some airports.
5 per cent discount on purchases from the Air Berlin board shop.
For date of travel up to 31.05.2008: No rebooking fee for the card holder and one adult travelling companion as well as children (under the age of 12) travelling with them, provided that the rebookings are identical and made at the same time. You save a rebooking fee of 25 € per person.
Your free flights are transferable to other persons.
Top Bonus Card Gold
Owning the Top Bonus Card Gold means that you are one of Air Berlin’s most frequent flyers – and it’s well worth having! Once you have collected 40,000 Miles within 12 consecutive months, you are one of our preferred passengers. The Top Bonus Card Gold cannot be purchased.
Benefits of the Top Bonus Card Gold:
