Economiy Class passengers are restricted to carry one piece of cabin baggage suitable for placing in closed overhead rack or under passenger's seat provided that its maximum total dimension shall not exceed 115cm (56cm/L x 23cm/W x 36cm/H). These dimensions include wheels, handles and side pockets, the weight of the cabin baggage is limited of up to 7 kilos. In addition to cabin baggage, passenger also can carry the following personal effects such as : a purse, an overcoat, a laptop computer or small package of duty free items on board. Baby buggies and adult wheelchairs should be checked in as baggage.

For passengers with special dietary requirements due to medical or religious reasons, China Airlines offer a wide selection of special meals that will meet your needs. Please place your order at least 24 hours before the flight departure through the Reservation Office or your travel agent.

Customer traveling with infants (children up to 2 years) cna use an infant seat on board (icket must be purchased at the applicable fare and a seat must be reserved for the infant (child)).

The entire China Airlines fleet except its B737s is equipped with inflight audio-visual entertainment systems in all travel-classes, offering a selection of the latest music videos, news and short features. All intercontinental and some Southeast Asian flights provide the latest Western movies as well as inflight yoga instruction. Passengers on flights served by B747-400s can also enjoy a channel with inflight information.
