Hong Kong International Airport: Checking in at the Hub is hassle-free, quick and convenient. The check-in counters are located on Level 7 - the same level where you arrive at the airport (whether by train or bus). Baggage trolleys are available free of charge, and you only need to take a short walk before reaching our check-in counters in Aisle F of the Check-in Hall. Dragonair has dedicated First Class Check-in counters for First Class passengers.

The prestigious First Class cabin in Dragonair's A330 Type 1 Configuration fleet has been styled and equipped to appeal to the most discerning travellers. Designed to provide maximum flexibility and the best in personal space and comfort, it sets the highest standards for intra-Mainland China travel and boasts several innovative features. The First Class cabin features just 12 seats exclusively styled by renowned Swiss industrial designer, Christine Ludeke, in a spacious 2-2-2 configuration. Seat Features: A unique, state-of-the-art lie-flat seat, ergonomically designed to offer maximum comfort. A first for an airline flying only regional routes, Can be adjusted to a multitude of recline positions, including an ergonomically profiled "Lazy-Z" position, providing full body support and superior comfort for reading, enjoying the inflight entertainment system or just relaxing. Recline position is controlled by a clearly-defined and passenger-friendly control panel.

Dragonair offers passengers a range of delicious menu choices on board, representing the best of Asian cuisine. Each meal is served with complimentary beverages and menus are reviewed regularly. The inflight meal service also caters to the particular tastes and preferences of passengers from different parts of the region. On flights to Phuket, hot, spicy green curry may be served, while on flights into Mainland China, there are various regional dishes on offer, such as dim sum, Fokkien fried rice, barbecue pork with fried rice and chicken with Thai sweet chili.

Dragonair offers a Airbus KID 110V AC SkyPower in-seat power supply for laptop computer and portable electronic devices in every seat. Requires no adapter cable.

Each seat features a 10.4" personal video screen. Choice of five PTV video channels and 16 audio channels from the Dragon On Air inflight entertainment programming.
