You can use Star Alliance Lounges flying Business Class. There is an Egypt Air Lounge in Cairo which is usually full if you are transfering or borading during Egypt Air Peak Times. Frankly speaking it is better if the lounge is full as you get access to the restaurants and can eat and drink for free.
