As a passenger in El Al's Platinum/Business Class, you are met by your Personal Representative – PR – at the airport, even before security check-in. Your PR welcomes you, guides you to your queue and handles all arrangements before you board your flight. Check-in is at El Al's special El Al Platinum check-in counters. You also enjoy priority at the El Al cashier booth, where posted signs direct you to the proper counter.

Lounges

Within the King David Lounge is a special Business Class Passengers' Lounge. The Lounge affords a quiet, tranquil atmosphere, a selection of magazines and journals, a choice of hard drinks, an individually served light pre-flight meal, and free phone calls within Israel. In addition, the King David Lounge Business Center is at your disposal, offering internet and fax services, connections for portable computers and telephones for international calls.

Business Class Seat

The comfortable Business Class 'Cradle' seats support the entire body. They are exceptionally spacious and have a wide footrest to give you that at-home feeling. This seat is equipped with a 110V electric outlet for your laptop computer. For your comfort, the foldable tray can also be adjusted to serve as a book support. Moreover, a drink tray is located near the armrest, as is a plug for headphones, to ensure a quiet, relaxed flight.

In Flight Meals

For your pleasure, Business Class offers a varied menu especially adapted to the duration of your flight and time of departure. The lunch and dinner meals are created from a menu that suits both Israeli and international tastes and includes a first course, a selection of main courses and dessert.

EL AL's Premium Classes Passengers can enjoy Sabon spa products during their flight. Items include: Hand Lotion gentle, fast-absorbing, enriched with essential oils and aloe, suitable for all skin types, Refreshing Body Dew a unique splash developed especially for EL AL. The Sabon chain, established in 1997, now has over 20 stores throughout Israel, with its original store on Shenkin Street, in Tel Aviv. Internationally Sabon has over 35 branches in the US, Canada, Romania, Italy, Poland and Holland.

On Board Entertainment

For your pleasure, Business Class offers a video service that includes recent entertainment programs and the best in cinema (drama, action, comedy and family fare), some of which has still not arrived at Israeli movie houses. 767 aircraft offer personal video service.
