[edit] On Ground Services

In line with border police requirements in several countries, passports will be checked more closely to verify that passport holders have signed their names in the appropriate place.

Each passport has a page on which the passport holder must sign in ink to confirm that he/she is the passport holder. Please make sure that your passport is signed, as authorities have stepped up enforcement in many airports around the world.

[edit] Economy Class Seat

In El Al's Economy Class you feel at home away from home, with courteous, cordial, professional service both on the ground and in the air. The cabin attendants speak Hebrew and English and serve you professionally during the flight.

[edit] In Flight Meals

EL AL invites you to partake of an international and Israeli experience – its lunch and dinner meals served in Economy Class. EL AL has introduced a new catering concept that allows you to sample the flavors of the destination you are flying to, and of course, enjoy an Israeli-Mediterranean meal en route to Israel.

For your pleasure, a variety of meals is available according to destination. All of EL AL's destinations have been divided into six geographic zones; Europe, French-speaking Europe, Eastern Europe, Transatlantic, Far East and return trips to Israel. Each zone will offer a menu that characterizes the tastes of the destination countries.
