Etihad Chauffeur, the premium limousine service, creates a unique door-to-door experience for the Diamond Zone Guests. With a fleet of luxury cars, Etihad Airways now offers the same level of service and comfort on the road that you are used to on the aircraft. Diamond Zone Guests can currently enjoy this courtesy service in the United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom, United States, Germany and Australia, soon to be extended to other destinations of the growing network.

Lounges

At Abu Dhabi International Airport, the Diamond Zone guests can relax at the exclusive Etihad Premium Lounge. Elegant, warm and welcoming, the lounge offers all the comfort, space and facilities that you may require to make your journey through the airport a pleasant experience. The lounge is well equipped with laptop connections, high-speed Internet access, and fax and telephone facilities. There’s also an excellent range of audio and video programmes to keep you entertained. And there’s a fine selection of refreshments and hot and cold buffet dishes to choose from.

First Class Seat

If you happen to be travelling in the Diamond Zone on one ofthe new A340-500 aircraft, you will discover a whole new world of elegance and excellence. The new Diamond Suites feature revolutionary seats that rotate 180 degrees — creating a perfect setting for a business meeting or a quiet dinner — and recline into luxurious 6 ft 8-inch flat beds. Each Diamond Suite has a privacy shell that ensures you get maximum space and direct access to the aisles. And within this space, you will find a range of facilities, including a coatroom, a mini-bar, a fold-and-swivel meal table, an integrated personal mirror, a magazine rack, a reading light and a desk lamp.

The Diamond Zone in the new A340-500 aircraft features Etihad’s new Air Theatre, which brings big-screen luxury — at 23 inches, our new LCD video screens are the largest in the business — to the skies, besides opening up a wide range of entertainment options, including over 350 hours of world-class entertainment with our audio-video-on-demand system. The advanced entertainment system offers not only greater choice but more flexibility too: you can use the Plug-and-Play feature to view your own videos, while the audio player lets you create your own play lists. Moreover, our wide range of interactive games will leave you spoilt for choice. And if you’d rather catch up with work as you travel, the new Diamond seat has power access, 2 USB ports and an RCA socket so you can connect your laptop and carry on with business as usual.
