On Ground Services
Allow plenty of time to complete check-in and necessary security, immigration and/or customs formalities. Hours of operation for EVA check-in counters and the time required for pre-boarding procedures vary at different airports. At a minimum, Eva Air recommends that you check in one hour before the scheduled departure time for international flights, but you may need two hours in large, busy airports with strict procedures such as those in the U.S. Information on Eva Air's baggage allowance can be found here [->]
Lounges
Except for separate check-in counters, Elite Class does not offer extra ground service benefits over Economy. No lounge access, fast track security (where applicable) or priority boarding.

In Flight Meals
Passengers have a wider range of meals to choose from. E.g: For the main course, you can choose between chicken and mutton, prepared with nutmeg, cloves, fennel, garlic, chilis, ginger, peppers and other traditional Indian spices. The ingredients are first marinated in Indian masala sauce and then baked in tandoori ovens. The basmati rice that is served with the main course is delightfully aromatic and colorful. Or: Chinese Pancake Filled with Shredded Duck and Scallions is a typical Beijing dish, while Braised Pig Knuckle offers a tempting mix of tasty fat and lean meat. Superior Broth with Lamb and Vegetable Served with Roasted Dough is inspired by Islamic culinary traditions and hails from China’s northwestern region.
Service
EVA AIR can provide assistance to passengers traveling with infants/children, disabled passengers, unaccompanied minors and others with special needs who require specific service prior to departure or upon arrival. If you need special airport service or if you are making arrangements for someone who requires this kind of assistance, please remember to include the request in the reservation record in advance of the travel date.
