On Ground Services

For travel to and from the US and Canada and certain countries in South and Central America, the baggage allowance is per piece: Super First Class: Maximum of two pieces of baggage. The sum of the three dimensions of each piece may not exceed 158 cm (62 in.) and the weight of each piece may not exceed 32kg (70 lb.). For regions/countries other than territories in the US/Canada and certain countries in South/Central America, a weight limit applies: Super First Class: 40 kg/88 lb.

Lounges

Eva Air is pleased to announce that there is a brand new service for First class passengers-"Diamond Member Check In Lounge" located at 3rd Fl., Departure hall Terminal 2 of Taiwan Taoyuan International Airport. All the Diamond card members and First class passengers and three of his/her travel companions are welcome to enjoy the private check in service, and selective drinks/snacks and internet service will be served for our dignitary guests. The "Diamond Member Check In Lounge" is available daily from 05:30 am to 11:20 pm.

First Class Seat

The Super First Class cabins aboard EVA Air's modern fleet of aircraft are appointed in tasteful, natural colors to help create a feeling of contentment and serenity as you settle into your seat. The rows in our Super First Class cabins are a generous 75 inches apart while the seats are deep and luxurious, with comfortable leg rests.

Each seat is equipped with a personal in-armrest video system, putting control of your in-flight entertainment system at your fingertips.

Every passenger onboard the updated B747-400s will be seated in the latest ergonomically designed seats and have state-of-the-art entertainment at his/her fingertips in an Audio/Video on Demand (AVOD) system offering movies, features, music and video games, plus a digital air-to-ground Short Message Service (SMS) in English and Chinese for sending messages to mobile phones or e-mail addresses on the ground. Passengers will dine on piping hot meals from steam ovens, and find touch-free infrared faucets, an extra-wide 60-inch lavatory and more new features available for their inflight convenience.
