A luxury car and chauffeur for travelling from your home or hotel to the airport or vice versa, free of charge to Business Class passengers. The service is available in Madrid, Barcelona and Santiago de Chile. Collection, parking and delivery service for private vehicles at Madrid and Barcelona Airports. This service includes safekeeping and insurance for your vehicle, at no extra cost for Business Class passengers.

The new VIP lounges at Madrid Barajas Terminal 4 account for a total of 4,500m2, including three different lounges named Dalí, Goya and Velázquez. All have been designed with optimum facilities for both work and relaxation, including internet connection, meeting rooms, computer equipment, television area, newspapers and magazines, bar, a wine-tasting area, shower facilities, rest areas with comfortable beds, on-screen flight information system, etc. These facilities are complemented by value-added services, such as pre-flight dining for overnight intercontinental flights.

[edit] Business Class Seat

The Iberia Business Plus seat whitch extends to form a bed giving you personal space u to 190cm long by 63cm wide. The seat features ergonomic design with four motors so you can select the optimum position. The Business Plus cabin provides more welcoming environment: for the curtains to the seat upholstery or the new hydraulic overhead lockers.

To offer more room, comfort and privacy, Iberia is removing an entire row of business class seats in order to expand the room between rows by more than 30 cm, from 152 cm to 183 cm. The total personal space enjoyed by each business passenger will thus exceed 2.20 meters. The change is being effected to Iberia’s fleet of Airbus A340s, used on routes between Spain and the United States, Latin America, South Africa and Tel Aviv. The number of business class seats in the A340/600s will be reduced from 52 to 42, and in the A340/300s from 42 to 36. Three aircraft have been modified so far in Iberia’s hangars and the last will be converted in March 2010. Meanwhile, the company is also working on a new design and new fittings for its long-haul Business Plus class as of 2012.

On all routes operated by Airbus A319s, A320s and A321s within mainland Spain and serving the Canary and Balearic Islands, the central chair in each block of three seats will be left empty to provide more room and comfort for passengers seated either side. All chairs are covered in leather with rounded backs designed to maximize comfort and space.

Conceived especially for each case, the finest range of food is available to Iberia Business Class passengers throughout flights, with a view to providing an optimal level of quality and service. Conveniently located and exclusevly designed the self service bar is stocked with aperitifs and drinks available troughout the flight.

When the time comes to sleep during the flight the accessories will make you more comfortable: pure wool blankets, large pillows, new cosmetic and toilet kits, which all help you experience the best sleep.

[edit] On Board Entertainment

Send text messages to mobile phones or e-mail addresses from the comfort of your seat, using the individual touch-screen. And receive replies during the flight. Once you send the first SMS or e-mail, the system will be open to receiving messages, even if you exit the application. If you receive any messages, they will be automatically saved to your inbox, which you can check by swiping your credit card, free of charge. At the end of the flight, all your messages will be deleted automatically.
