Business Class baggage will be given preferential treatment to be the first off the plane upon arrival. JAL Business Class Passengers departing from Narita Airport Terminal 2, Kansai International Airport, Nagoya Airport and some overseas airports will have their baggage deliverd weiftly on the heels of Executive class baggage.

New JAL VIP Lounges at Narita International Airport (Terminal 2): New, spacious First Class and Sakura lounges are now available at Japan Airlines’ main hub at Narita International Airport. Designed with luxury and comfort in mind, guests can relax and unwind before departure, catch up on work or have a freshly prepared meal in our new dining area. Entrance: Welcome to JAL’s newest VIP lounge at Narita International Airport. First Class Lounge guests may enter to the left and Sakura Lounge guests may take the escalator to the right. The Dining: Guests can enjoy breakfast, lunch or dinner in our new dining area. Seasonal menus feature a delightful array of options made from select ingredients of impeccable flavor and quality. Sakura Lounge: A perfect destination before your journey, our spacious Sakura Lounge offers a full range of services to accommodate our guests’ diverse needs including a dining area, business corner and a massage room. The Bar: Sip your favorite beverage while relaxing at our new stylish bar. Whether you prefer champagne, wine, sake or a cocktail, a professional bartender is ready to serve you. OPEN 15:00-22:00. Business Corner: The Business Corner is equipped with PCs, LAN connections and power outlets for laptops. Shower Room / Massage Room: Enjoy a complimentary full body, scalp or foot massage, rest in the relaxation room or freshen up in one of the shower rooms. A unique design based on the pursuit of comfort. The flat footrest, new in JAL Executive Class-Seasons, provides passengers with additional needed leg support. A built-in massage function offers a welcome relief for tired lower-back muscles, making travel time more comfortable. Maximum seat pitch (the distance between seat rows) is 157 cm, offering easy access to the aisle. Ample seat width provides extra comfort. Each seat is equipped with a power outlet for plugging in laptop computers. To further enhance your in-flight experience, seats are equipped with 10.4-inch personal TV monitors, among the largest in their class. Take advantage of our MAGIC in-flight entertainment system, an audio/video on demand (AVOD) system that allows you to watch movies or listen to music any time you choose.

Menu supervised by the Kyoto Cuisine “MEBAEKAI”, for flights from Narita (Tokyo) to London, Paris, Frankfurt, New York and Chicago. Ingredients are specially chosen to highlight the season. Your rice will come in specially heated cart to offer the delectable taste of Japanese rice just out of the steamer. On flights from Japan, enjoy French cuisine carefully prepared under the supervision of the Association des Disciples d’Auguste Escoffier du Japon. Highlighted by simple tableware with a modern flair, for extra refinement and that authentic sense of luxury.
