First and Executive class baggage will be given preferential treatment to be the first off the plane upon arrival. JAL First Class Passengers departing from Narita Airport Terminal 2, Kansai International Airport, Nagoya Airport and some overseas airports will have their baggage deliverd weiftly on the heels of First and Executive class baggage.

New JAL VIP Lounges at Narita International Airport (Terminal 2): New, spacious First Class and Sakura lounges are now available at Japan Airlines’ main hub at Narita International Airport. Designed with luxury and comfort in mind, guests can relax and unwind before departure, catch up on work or have a freshly prepared meal in our new dining area. Entrance: Welcome to JAL’s newest VIP lounge at Narita International Airport. First Class Lounge guests may enter to the left and Sakura Lounge guests may take the escalator to the right. First Class Lounge: The First Class Lounge features soft lighting and soothing interior fixtures that allow passengers to relax surrounded in luxurious style. You won’t mind waiting for your flight when you are indulging in first class comfort. The Dining: Guests can enjoy breakfast, lunch or dinner in our new dining area. Seasonal menus feature a delightful array of options made from select ingredients of impeccable flavor and quality. The Bar: Sip your favorite beverage while relaxing at our new stylish bar. Whether you prefer champagne, wine, sake or a cocktail, a professional bartender is ready to serve you. OPEN 15:00-22:00. The seats are upholstered in leather by Poltrona Frau of Italy, the worlds best leather sofa manufacturer. The high-quality leather accentuates the beautiful curves of the seat, while the carpeting underneath harmonizes with the seat's entire design. The fine materials guarantee a comfortable, down-to-earth feeling. In the sleeping position, the seat's form wraps around you comfortably, while simultaneously providing privacy. The soft, warm under-pad and feather comforter ensure a restful sleep. The side light panel emits a soft glow for your private space. Easy on the eyes, this calming light helps create a comfortable flight. There is a built-in massager in the lumbar area of the seat. Two internal air pockets inflate and deflate in 10-second cycles to relieve the strain on the lower back caused by hours spent in a sitting position.

In addition to toothbrush sets and eye masks, on flights outbound from Japan, JAL also provide passengers with a set of travel sized bath products and a souvenir drawstring pouch of cosmetics is provided to passengers on inbound flights to Japan. Newspapers and magazines in English and other languages, Skyward in-flight magazine(Information on countries and travel worldwide), JAL SHOP (Top quality brands from around the world and specially priced duty free items), JEN GUIDE(movies, music and games).

The MAGIC in-flight entertainment system offers hit movies, games that add a new dimension to air travel, and audio programming with everything from the latest pop tunes to traditional Japanese comic monologues (rakugo). Choose from a vast program selection and watch on your own personal video screen. Some aircraft are also equipped with Audio Video On Demand (AVOD) technology to let passengers enjoy music and movies, or segments of music programs and movies, whenever they want.
