Locations of the KLM Crown Lounge: Amsterdam Airport Schiphol, Toronto Airport Lounge (YYZ), London Heathrow Lounge (LHR), Houston Lounge (HOU) and Dubai Airport Lounge (DXB). During transfers you may also enjoy the ease and comfort of checking in at KLM Crown Lounges at Amsterdam Airport Schiphol, Houston and Toronto. Checking in is also possible at all Northwest WorldClub lounges and in the Air France lounge in terminal 2D at Paris-Charles de Gaulle.

Boeing 747 and MD-11: Enjoy 150-degree recline, 60-inch seat pitch, and 12 audio and 12 video channels to choose from. Boeing 767: 135-degree recline, 55-inch seat pitch, and 9 audio and 6 video channels to choose from.
