On Ground Services

Exclusive first class check-in counters are available for First Class Passengers. Baggage Allowance: 2 pieces of baggage for US routes and 40kg for all other routes will be transported free of charge. Baggage Wrapping Service: Korean Air offers plastic wrapping service identified with the Korean Air logo for baggage items to prevent potential damage and/or contamination. Priority Baggage Handling: Priority handling of checked baggage is offered.

Lounges

KAL provides access to over 390 lounges around the world including Incheon Airport and domestic and international lounges provided by SkyTeam Alliance, to make your trip more enjoyable. The Korean Air First Class lounge is limited to First Class passengers. However, Sky Pass million-milers or Morning Calm premium members traveling Prestige Class can use the First Class lounge (if the airport operates the First Class lounge).

First Class Seat

The First Class 'Kosmo Sleeper seat' offers innovative features that provide maximum comfort, privacy and unique service to customers. Current availability of service is limited to the selected destinations, however the service expansion is in progress. Seat Features: Ergonomically designed seats for optimal comfort, Cocoon style seats offering personal space, 208cm sleeper seat, Movable slide armrest (30in), Massage feature to relieve stress, Individual reading light that can be personally adjusted.

In Flight Meals

Passengers traveling on first class can order Korean meals in advance. Passengers for flights departing from Incheon to US or Europe can select from 2 types of seasonal cousines. Bibimbop made of various vegetables can be ordered in flight. All meal consists of appetizer, porridge, various side dishes, soup and dessert. Ingredients are prepared according to the traditional way of cooking to allow the passengers to experience a taste of Korea. Korean Air offers a wide range of quality wines on board - from wines produced in France along with local wine of the destination.

Service

In-Seat Power Supply System power outlets are installed in all First Class seats. Souvenir: Sleeping Suit for first class sleeper sest passengers. A choice of travel kit, scarf, tie or wool vest for first class passengers.

On Board Entertainment

Passengers have access to a multimedia in-flight entertainment system. Through personal monitors, you can select from more than 10 movie channels and 16 music channels. AVOD (Audio/Video On Demand) service is available on B777 allowing passengers to view their favorite program at anytime. A wide selection of newspapers and magazines are also available.
