Enjoy the exclusive attention of the preferential Check-in counter, where you will obtain your boarding pass quickly and with the appreciation you deserve. LAN has created a preferential service counter for passangers of international flights flying exclusively in Business Class, the LANPASS Comodors, Premiuim Silver and Premium members, also for Emerald and Sapphire oneworld passangers. The Preferential Boarding service is available with the international flights, except Easter Island, and national flights within Chile, so if you travel in Business Class, are a LANPASS Premium Silver, Commodore, or you belong to the oneworld Emerald or Sapphire categories, you will have an exclusive line so that all your boardings may be faster and more comfortable.

Lounges

The Vip Lounges in Neruda, Santiago, Chile Modern, feature: It includes 12 work stations with computers with internet connection, fax, photocopier and printer. Totally equipped for work groups wishing to make the most of their waiting time. Throughout the VIP lounge there are places to connect personal computers, as well as telephones for making local and international calls. A shower service is provided both before departure and upon arrival of your flights. Televisions with cable and background music throughout the day.

Business Class Seat

Since the beginning of March 2006, LAN Airlines passengers have the opportunity to enjoy the new "Premium Business" service, a blending of the best of LAN Airlines' current First and Business class service. With the launching of the new Premium Business on long-haul flights between North and South America, LAN Airlines offers a level of service offered by few airlines in the world. The new concept is based on what long-haul business passengers value most on long-haul flights: the ability to rest. The new Business Class Seat features: Sleeper seat with 180-degree full-flat recline. Distance between seats increased to 74 inches. Dividing panels between seats for maximum privacy. Four pre-programmed seating positions. Arm rests that lower when changing seat position to horizontal bed, giving a five-inch greater width. A backshell that surrounds the passenger, giving maximum privacy and quietness at resting time. Larger individual video monitors - 15.4 inches - with high resolution, offering audio and video on demand. Updated content with eight movies, 20 short programs, 14 video games, 10 audio channels and 100 music CDs
