Lounges
In natural surroundings designed to offer the height of comfort and convenience, the new VIP Lounge has been designed in order to give First Class passengers excellent service. With special areas for working, relaxing and entertainment, our VIP lounge offers: Business Center - Equipped with the latest technology. It includes 12 work stations with computers with internet connection, fax, photocopier and printer - , Meeting room - Totally equipped for work groups wishing to make the most of their waiting time -, Connections - Throughout the VIP lounge there are places to connect personal computers, as well as telephones for making local and international calls -.
First Class Seat
First Class in Airbus A340 it is available only in the routes Santiago - Madrid and Santiago - Auckland - Sydney. To ensure that you travel in the utmost comfort, we have changed the design of the First Class cabin. There are now only five seats which recline to 177° degrees providing you with a comfortable sleeper seat.

In Flight Meals
The in-flight menu has been created by some of the most prestigious chefs, who search for the worlds most delicious dishes to give you an exciting culinary trip through a variety of flavors. The Master Sommelier Héctor Vergara is constantly searching for the world's best wines, which is why the wine menu has frequently been voted one of the five best in the world.
Service
Two dedicated flight attendants will take care of all your needs. In the airport there is an exclusive check-in counter for First Class passengers, as well as whilst onboard.
On Board Entertainment
The First Class seats feature 8.4 inch liquid crystal individual movie screens with 8 movies and 6 short movies (Video on demand system) for you to chose among the latest movies. To make your trip even more enjoyable, we provide three categories of interactive games: children, cards and salon. If you would like to listen to music, you can choose from 20 CDs and 10 channels that have been carefully selected with various muscial tastes in mind.
