The time completion of the check-in procedure is an important element that affects departures and arrivals of planes. LOT Polish Airlines endeavour to ensure that each flight is completed on schedule. LOT request that all passengers observe the time limits for reporting to check-in as follows:

international flights (except the US and Canada) - at least 60 minutes before departure;
international flights to the US and Canada - at least 120 minutes before departure;
domestic flights - at least 30 minutes before departure.

Economy Class Seat

In medium distance airplanes B737: all seats have the parameters S-17, P-2, Z- taking into account Bosstech technology - shaped to the average backbone of the modern passenger, with regard to padding it prevents thrombosis and ensures a comfortable headrest. In Flight Meals

LOT CAFÉ in its new, autumn version builds on the innovative food concept for the economy class aboard LOT aircraft. The new LOT CAFÉ is based on fresh and natural products. Poland’s best ready-to-serve foods are supplemented with combinations of yoghurts, cheeses or fruit salads, depending on the time of the day. On flights lasting over 180 minutes and on flights to / from Paris, Brussels and Moscow LOT continues to offer hot breakfasts (except early morning flights departing from these ports) and hot lunches / dinners. Mindful of passengers requiring special meals because of dietetic or religious reasons LOT offers an alternative choice of 10 special dishes free of charge. In the economy class LOT offers fruit juices, refreshing drinks, coffee and tea, beer, spirits – vodka and whisky, and wines.

Service

When boarding the aircraft you can expect the crew to greet you warmly, direct you to your seat and assist in putting hand luggage into the right place. After take-off you will be served a meal and a drink. The cabin crew will ensure you comfort and safety throughout the entire flight.

On Board Entertainment

Passengers on board LOT Polish Airlines domestic and international flights are kept up to date with the latest news. Daily newspapers are available throughout both cabins.
