On Ground Services

OpenSkies Business Class passengers can check in for the flight from home or office computer. The online check in opens at 24 hours prior to the OpenSkies flight departure time. Once the seats are chosen and the boarding pass is printed, guests can go straight to the designated check in desk at the airport where the baggage will be tagged by an agent and sent through security to the aircraft. Adults and children aged 2 years and older are allowed 3 bags of checked baggage with a maximum weight per bag of 23kg (51lbs).[1]

Lounges

OpenSkies Business Class guests are allowed to use the British Airways Business Class lounges at departure and arrival. Furthermore OpenSkies provides its passengers a lounge in Orly Airport, located the terminal Sud, and a lounge in Newark Airport, located at the Arrival Hall on level 2.[2][3]

Business Class Seat

OpenSkies Business Class offers passengers 180° flat bed seats. The Business Class cabin has only 24 seats, meaning the high attendant-to-guest ratio will ensure personalised service. The 73" of legroom ensure a comfortable and spacious enough seat to work or just relax on board the Business Class. Every seat features a universal power plug-in for your computer and other personal electronics.[4]

In Flight Meals

Beyond the work of the chefs, OpenSkies is working hard to ensure that whatever is serve is healthy for the guests, and the environment. OpenSkies are committed to using locally available, seasonal ingredients, will serve fair trade coffee and chocolates on board and are determined to use eco-friendly packaging to reduce waste. Taking advantage of all the great seasonal produce, the menu will change throughout the year. So if you’re a frequent flier you’ll enjoy a nice variety of good, healthy meals.[6]
