Royal Brunei Airlines currently offers passengers the speed and convenience of Electronic Ticketing (E-Ticketing) on most of its destinations.

Passengers travelling between Bandar Seri Begawan, Auckland, Bali, Bangkok, Brisbane, Darwin, Dubai, Frankfurt, Hong Kong, Jakarta, Kuala Lumpur, Kota Kinabalu, London, Manila, Perth, Saigon, Shanghai, Singapore, Surabaya and Sydney will be issued a copy of the itinerary and receipt of payment using this new service when they book on-line or through the airline's ticket offices in these cities.

E-Ticketing provides customers with greater flexibility, efficiency in booking and is safe. When a booking is confirmed, all travel details will be stored in the airline's reservation system. As data is stored electronically, customers need not worry about losing their itineraries, which can be re-printed. Customers who book online will have access to their itinerary at the time of booking. Upon check-in, passengers only need to present their passport and the itinerary to collect their boarding passes.

Economy Class Seat

Economy Class in the retrofitted B767 aircraft offer seats with a 32-inch pitch, adjustable footrests and "winglet" headrests for improved neck comfort. The 8.4 inch personal TV provides on-going entertainment including audio and video on-demand choices.

Royal Brunei offers a variety of tasty culinary solutions to suit its passengers' special dietary requirements. Special meals can be ordered when you make your reservation; please confirm your request at least 24 hours before boarding your flight.

Passengers with special needs will be given special attention throughout their journey. Passengers are asked to make their request for Special Services at the time of reservations.

On Board Entertainment

To complement the new seats, Royal Brunei has installed its new SkyShow personal inflight entertainment system in the entire cabin. SkyShow, offers a new level of service with 17 video on-demand selections, five broadcast video channels, 10 games, more than 150 compact discs audio-on-demand and 15 channels of continuous audio entertainment in a variety of languages. More options will be added in the future.
