On Ground Services

At the Amman city terminal Business Class Passenger can enjoy the following services: Advance check-in, up to 24-hours prior to your flight departure time. Check-in and receive your boarding pass up to two and a half hours prior to departure, (three hours prior to departure for passengers traveling to the United States of America ( New York , Chicago and Detroit ). Get 10 kilograms of free excess baggage on direct flights on all RJ routes (Except flights to USA - Passengers traveling to the USA are allowed 10 kg free on one suitcase only). Upon arrival at Queen Alia International Airport , you will breeze through airport immigration and can proceed directly to your departure gate.

Lounges

At specially-designated Crown Class counters at the airport, the professional and courteous staff offer you rapid check-in. As a Crown Class passenger you are entitled to priority boarding and disembarking once you reach your destination. All Crown Class passengers have 24-hour access to the completely renovated Petra Lounge (South building) and Jerash Lounge (North building) at Queen Alia International Airport.

Business Class Seat

The Business Class sleeper seats in Crown Class on our Airbus A340 aircraft are a generous 83 inches apart, and can recline to a flat 180 degrees for optimum sleep comfort. All recliners are equipped with large in-arm video screens and flexible reading lights and you can control all the features at the touch of a button.

In Flight Meals

When traveling on Crown Class, you can either order (24-hours before your flight) a special meal to suit your dietary or religious needs, or you can choose a sumptuous four-course meal from our on-board menu. Meals are accompanied by a fine assortment of alcoholic or soft beverages. And, of course, you can help yourself to a snack or drink from the pantry at any time.

On Board Entertainment

For your entertainment, the Airbus A340 gives you access to as many as 14 video channels and 8 audio channels. The selection of movies that have been carefully chosen for Crown Class onboard the A340 aircraft can be viewed from the personal high resolution liquid crystal display (LCD) screens attached to each seat. This service features up to 14 movies on the basis of 6 outbound and 6 inbound films, not including the main screen program. The Personal Video service is only available for Crown Class passengers flying on A340, A310, A321 and A320 aircraft that are not equipped with the Audio Video On Demand (AVOD) system. The PV service is provided on flights of approximately three hours duration and more. The PV library is bi-monthly in cycle and is made up of 17 titles, 11 of which are Hollywood movies with a variety of genres such as comedy, drama, family, etc. The remaining 6 titles are 4 Arabic movies one of which is classical (Black & White), one Arabic Play, one Hindi movie and one Arabic video magazine show.
