All passengers flying Royal Jordanian to and from Amman are requested to check-in at the airport at least two hours prior to their scheduled departure time. Passengers traveling to the United States of America ( New York, Chicago and Detroit ) are requested to check-in three and a half hours prior to departure.
You can avoid airport queues by checking in at the Amman City Terminal, a facility reserved exclusive for Royal Jordanian passengers. Get your boarding pass and confirmed seat number up to 24-hours prior to your scheduled flight.

Royal Jordanian is one of the few airlines that offer its Economy Class passengers three meal options to choose from (beef, fish or poultry) on any flight of over two hours duration.

On Board Entertainment
Sterile disposable ear sets are handed to each passenger so you can listen to music during your flight. There are 8 audio channels to choose from with compositions specially compiled for Royal Jordanian, as well as verses from the Holy Qur'an. On some of the Royal Jordanian aircraft, the latest film releases are played on the large screens. On these screens you can also see flight-related information, like the current altitude, outside temperature, route map and estimated time of arrival.
