Customers can check in 22 hours in advance online or via SMS, print their boarding pass, or travel with a mobile boarding pass. Business passengers are entitled to use SAS’ Fast Track security and the lounges. Our lounges in Copenhagen and London also have showers to freshen up before or after a flight.^[1]

All SAS lounges are furnished in Scandinavian style with elegant colors and feature functional, yet comfortable, design features. The lounges are designed to make Business travelers feel at home – as an extension of their own living room – so you can work, relax or have a drink and a bite to eat. All SAS lounges offer complimen- tary wireless broadband, and SAS was the first airline to offer free IP telephony via Skype in our lounges.^[2]

The SAS Business Sleeper offers passengers a 52cm/20” wide seat, 155cm/61” seat pitch and 200cm/79” of living space. When fully reclined at 170°, the SAS Business Sleeper creates a 188cm/74” long bed with an additional 15cm/6” width at the shoulders. Business Seat features include audio/video-on-demand entertainment, a built-in massage function and clever storages for laptops and other items.^[3]

[edit] In Flight Meals

You will be served cocktails and cold snacks before dinner. For dinner a full three-course meal is served, including mixed salad, a selection of cheese, first course and a choice of four different hot meals for your main course. There is always one vegetarian alternative. A dessert is served together with coffee or tea and avec (cognac or liquer). Alternatively, there is the option of a light cold meal on all flights, which is served upon request before the main dinner service. Feel free to help yourself to cold drinks, espresso, cappuccino, fruit or snacks at the buffet area any time between meals. On nighttime flights, breakfast will be served before landing, with an option of choosing an express breakfast instead. On daytime flights a second meal will be served before landing.^[5]

The comfort kit contains toothbrush, toothpaste, slumber shade, earplugs, shoe bag, socks and spa products. Enjoy the silence with the noise-canceling headset.^[6]

[edit] On Board Entertainment

On SAS long haul business class flights there are plenty of ways to while away the time onboard. By using the touch-screen technology, you are able to choose your own entertainment directly on your personal video screen. Choose between a number of video, games or audio channels.^[7]
