Check-in at the airport desk: At some airports, there are separate check-in desks for Miles & More members, passengers in Swiss First, Swiss Business, Swiss Economy, and for families and groups. Please show your ticket, passport and Miles & More number. Check-in at the gate: At many airports, you can check-in at the gate if you are travelling with carry-on baggage only. Show your ticket at passport control. Your boarding card is issued at the gate. Check-in in the lounge: For passengers travelling with carry-on baggage only. At more than 50 railway stations you can obtain your boarding pass and specify your preferred seat. Every passenger must bring the following documents: flight ticket with OK booking signature (electronic ticketing is possible) and his or her passport (with visa where necessary).

Economy Class Seat

Although our Swiss Economy cabin is not as spacious as our Swiss Business and Swiss First that doesn’t mean you have to worry about having to squeeze into your seat. We have already accounted for that by reducing by 5cm the thickness of the seat back in our Airbus A340‘s. This translates into extra space for you.
