Swiss First passengers traveling from Zurich Airport can arrange for all the services connected to air travel (check in, pick up pre-ordered tickets, re-book, pay excess baggage fees, arrange for valet parking), in an ambience resembling that of a five-star hotel within the “Island”. Champagne and coffee are available on request. The Island can be accessed from the Departures hall or via a separate entrance next to the passenger drop-off zone. To help ensure that Swiss First Class customers can spend as much time as possible in the lounge before their flight, Swiss has enlarged its First Class check-in zone. The First Class Check-in Lounge offers guests additional check-in desks in an area that is physically separated from the rest of the check-in concourse.^[1]

Only a few steps past the passport control in Zurich Airport, the Swiss Lounge awaits First Class passengers. The Swiss lounge offer customers even more comfort, calm and practical working facilities than before. They also boast, as something of a centerpiece, probably the longest lounge bar in the airline world, with a length of 28.6 meters, which offers customers a fabulous view out over the airport and its bustling operations.^[2]

The new First Class seat on-board the Airbus A330-300 fleet offers numerous settings and comprehensive adjust-ability to ensure excellent in-flight comfort. The First Class seat on-board all Swiss Aircraft is accompanied by an ottoman on which you can rest your legs or you can invite a fellow Swiss First passenger to join you for a conversation or a meal. Your table is also designed to accommodate two persons. And when your meal is over, your table folds up neatly and can be tucked away on the side. The press of a button is all it takes. Within a few seconds you’ll be able to stretch out and relax. The spacious surroundings and adjustable sidewalls provide extensive privacy, while sophisticated lighting and the contemporary-yet-warm Swiss design combine to create a pleasant sense of space. At the touch of a button, the Swiss First Class Seat can be reclined into a totally lie/flat bed with a length of more than two meters. To ensure additional comfort onboard the First Class, each seat offers a down-filled duvet, and incorporates an innovative pneumatic air cushion whose softness can be adjusted to individual preferences in any seating position.^[3]

As a First Class Passenger, you have the choice of either a meal reminiscent of a gourmet restaurant, with up to seven courses. Or just a sampling of a few of our warm and cold tasty morsels. Or you can order a Quick Meal in advance so that you’ll have more time for sleeping. Meals in Swiss First generally put the accent on fresh, light and healthy dining, their compositional harmony reflecting the creativity of the Swiss First Class chefs, with an emphasis on Swiss accents mixed with an intercultural touch here and there.^[5]

For additional comfort on-board the First Class, you can enjoy an Amenity Kit with products from Swiss luxury brand La Prairie. On request, shaving equipment, shoe horn, nail file, hairbrush, needle and thread, lip balm, moisturizer, mouthwash are also available.^[6]

Enjoy yourself for a few hours by watching a movie or TV program on your screen. The entertainment specialists have taken care to make sure that you get to enjoy: contemporary feature-length movies – some of which are currently showing at your local theater, the finest in comedy and drama, a wide selection of language soundtracks. More than 30 video channels. You can be your own program director with our video on demand. Watch a movie from the start, pause, rewind or fast-forward, just as you can on your own player at home. Onboard the Swiss First Class Airbus A330-330 you can enjoy your private 23-inch screen.^[7]
