On Ground Services

After you have made a booking, you will receive a booking confirmation with your booking number by email, fax or verbally (when booking through the TUIfly Service Center). Please take careful note of your booking number because you need it to check in and for any queries. When checking in, all you need is a valid identity document (passport or identity card) with photograph and your booking number. TUIFly also recommends that you bring your booking confirmation too. For international flights you may also need a visa, vaccination certificate etc. However, TUIFly recommends all our customers to re-confirm flight times within 48 hours of departure by calling the Service Center, or to check your booked flight on the internet under “flight schedule”. If you miss your flight, TUIfly.com reserves the right to refuse travel and you are not entitled to a refund of the fare. For all departures from 25 March 2007 onwards, TUIFly will allocate specific seats for all flights at check-in.
