[edit] On Ground Services

At the Airport Business Class passengers can enjoy: Dedicated, expedited check-in counters, Priority boarding and baggage handling, Departure and arrival lounges in key U.S. and European cities and Complimentary invitation to the US Airways Club & the Envoy Lounge in Philadelphia.[1]

[edit] Lounges

When you travel to Europe in Envoy Class, you have two great ways to relax at the airport – the Envoy Lounge® in Philadelphia and the arrival and departure lounges throughout Europe. Stop by the Envoy Lounge in Philadelphia and enjoy free food and drinks and a quiet place away from the airport crowd. And, with WiFi access and fax machines, you can finish any last-minute business before your flight. When you arrive in Europe, the arrival and departure lounges are great places to freshen up with a shower and a light breakfast. Use the business center to make a quick phone call or check your email before your business meeting.[2]

[edit] Business Class Seat

US Airways is introducing its new Business Class (Envoy Suite) in a unique 1-2-1 reverse herringbone design seating. The redesigned cabin layout allows each Envoy customer to face forward and away from the aisle in a fully lie-flat, 180° recline seat with direct aisle access. Bed length ranges from a comfortable 6’4” to 6’8” in length depending on the Suite’s location in the cabin. The seat is 20.5 inches wide and a fully adjustable, drop-down armrest provides an additional five inches when sleeping. With nearly three-and-a-half feet across, Business Class passengers can take advantage of generous personal space by using either the raised side table or easy-access tray table. Larger personal belongings such as laptop cases can be stowed beneath the ottoman. Another convenient feature is a technology panel with an adjustable personal reading light, power outlet for laptops, USB port for charging small electronics and a dual satellite telephone/entertainment controller. Each Envoy Suite comes with a new video on demand (AVOD) in-flight entertainment system with a 12.1”, adjustable, touch-screen monitor, offering hours of entertainment. Passengers can learn a new language with Berlitz® Word Traveler™ or play games in flight with other passengers, like Blackjack or In-Flight Golf Tournament. The entire A330 fleet will be equiped with the new Envoy Suite by summer 2012.[3]

The Envoy Business Class Seats on the Boeing B767 are fully-adjustable, near lie-flat seat with 170-degree recline and offer more legroom, six-way adjustable headrest and four-way lumbar support. On board the Boeing B767 fleet every seat offers a 110V AC (adapter free) universal outlet compatible with power plugs from 145 countries.[4]
