Enhanced security regulations now require all passengers to have their boarding pass prior to reaching the security checkpoint. Please arrive at the airport at the recommended check-in time or check in online up to 24 hours prior to your flight to obtain your boarding pass. Always get to the airport with plenty of time to check in, get your boarding pass, clear security and get to the gate. If you're seated in an exit row, be sure to check in at a kiosk with an agent. US Airways closes passenger and baggage check-in 30 minutes prior to departure for domestic travel and 60 minutes prior to departure for international travel.^[1]

Every seat on the US Airways A330 is equipped with a satellite phone, providing continual communications on flights across the Atlantic Ocean. Calls can be made to any phone number in the world for an affordable rate.^[2] Laptop power is available on the Airbus A330 fleet system-wide and in Envoy on the Boeing 757 and 767 aircraft. ^[3]

Special meals are only available on international flights in Envoy and Economy Class. You must order special meals at least 24 hours before your flight.^[5]

Wi-Fi with US: In early 2010 the fleet of 50 Airbus A321 aircraft is a flying hotspots thanks to the addition of Gogo® Inflight Internet Wi-Fi service. You'll no longer have to leave the internet behind when you take off. If this service is available on your flight, you'll see a Wi-Fi icon when you’re booking your flight on usairways.com starting in early 2010.^[6]

The complimentary audio and video entertainment is available on select Airbus A319, A320, A321, A330, Boeing 757 and 767 aircraft. You may use your own headsets or purchase headsets for $5 USD that can be used on future US Airways flights. Complimentary noise-reduction headsets are available in the US Airways Envoy Class cabin. On flights 3 hours or longer, you will enjoy quality feature films. Movies are edited for general audiences and do not necessarily reflect the views of US Airways. Movies are based upon availability and are subject to change. Pass the time in flight watching hit movies on transatlantic flights and flights to/from Hawaii and South America. Depending on your flight length, you may also enjoy shorter comedy, music and sports programs as well as a wide variety of TV shows from popular networks.^[7]
