As a guest of United Airlines you will be given access to United Arrivals Suites in select locations offering showers, breakfast and business services, access to United First International Lounge with complimentary liquor and hors d'oeuvres; some also featuring showers and continental breakfast and access to United Red Carpet Club and Star Alliance® partner lounges.^[2] Start your day refreshed with United Arrivals Suite. A retreat where international United First and full-fare United Business customers traveling on a same-day ticket and arriving before noon may enjoy a shower and continental breakfast. United Arrival Suites are available in: Chicago-O’Hare, London, San Francisco and São Paulo.^[3]

The new international United First Class features a new First Class suite that reclines to a 180 Degree, 6-foot, 4-inch lie-flat bed and is designed to provide customers ultimate comfort with more features, space and personalization options during their international first class travel. Every inch of the innovative, forward- and rear-facing seat configuration is tailored to maximize personal space and privacy. The new international United First seat is up to 25.5 inches wide and adjusts to a broad range of positions. The innovative forward facing design will provide customers a sense of more space and privacy, as well as better access to the aisles. Extensive line-of-sight testing was conducted to ensure that the cabin design provides customers ample privacy, which is created by the height of the in-flight entertainment console and a side seat-divider screen.^[4]

As a First Class guest you can enjoy multi-course meals graciously served. Settle in, relax and savor the flavor of warmed nuts served with your favorite premium spirit, a regional specialty beer or a glass of one of our award winning wines. Additional courses include fresh salads and appetizers, a choice of entrees, seasonal fruit, aged cheeses and decadent desserts. After dinner liqueurs, Port Wine and Starbucks coffee complete a memorable dining experience. Later in the flight, United Airlines offer more options—hot sandwiches, chilled salads, light breakfasts, fresh fruits and savory snacks. The selection will vary but our commitment to your comfort and satisfaction is constant.^[6] United offers meals to meet medical, religious, or other dietary specifications. You can place your special meal request when booking your flight or by calling Reservations at least 24 hours before your scheduled flight time.^[7]

Parts of United’s fleet is now Wi-Fi enabled and now offers Gogo® Inflight Internet service. Register in advance or simply launch your web browser while you’re inflight. Personal video player with a selection of recent releases. Individual audio/video system in armrest including feature films, nine video channels and up to 21 channels of music and news including regional programming. Complimentary Wall Street Journal, USA Today and local newspapers.^[9]
